Guil Ventures acquires an undisclosed stake in Evsy SL
Guil Mobility Ventures, the CVC that focuses on developing and co-creating mobility startups in Latin America has acquired an undisclosed stake in Evsy SL, the Spain based recharge app.
Guil Mobility Ventures seeks to deliver transformative solutions focused on users and their needs, driving results with social, environmental and economic impact.
The team from Philippi Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uria advising Evsy SL was formed by the associates (pictured from right to left): Ariel Castillo, Mauricio Clavel and Nicolas Santana.
