Grau & Angulo incorporates new partner
Grau & Angulo has incorporated Eva Ochoa as new partner. In addition, associate Isabel Aparicio has joined the firm.
Eva Ochoa
Eva has more than 20 years of extensive experience in intellectual property. Her arrival has strengthened Grau & Angulo’s practice, especially in the areas of trademark, design and unfair competition litigation.
Eva works for international clients in various sectors (fashion, luxury, technology, sports, entertainment, consumer goods, etc.), for which trademarks and other IP rights are a crucial asset. He is also a member and very active participant in various professional associations, such as the International Trademark Association (INTA), where he is a member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee and the European Global Advisory Board. She is also a member of AIPPI Spanish Group, APRAM – Association des praticiens du droit des marques et modèles.
She joins from Pintó Ruiz & Del Valle, where she had been working since 1998.
Isabel Aparicio
Isabel Aparicio is also specialized in litigation and intellectual property, with a long career in litigation and advising clients.
