Grant Thornton boosts in-house talent with two new partners

The professional services firm Grant Thornton has appointed two new partners to its financial advisory service line: Javier González Caballero (pictured right), a new partner specialising in valuations, and Ramón Bustamante (pictured left), an expert in transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Both have an outstanding track record within the Firm that has earned them this recognition, in line with Grant Thornton’s strategy of recognising and promoting internal talent.

Javier González Caballero has more than 16 years’ experience in valuations, advising relevant clients from different sectors in financial analysis and modelling and in the management of company and intangible asset valuation work.

The new partner Ramón Bustamante has also developed an extensive and meritorious professional career in the field of financial transactions. He has participated in many buy-side and sell-side transactions, both for national listed companies and for national and international private equity firms.

Grant Thornton’s financial advisory area, led by Fernando Beltrán, has a team of more than 100 professionals with expertise in company valuations, transaction advisory, mergers and acquisitions, debt and restructuring, Frensic, as well as a core area for seeking financing for innovative projects, called Impulso I+D (R&D Boost).
