Grant Thornton and Sanguino join forces in Seville

Grant Thornton and Sanguino Abogados have joined forces to launch a new law firm that aspires to lead the Andalusian market. The new law firm offers Andalusian companies a multidisciplinary and complete portfolio of services, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, technology and urban planning.

This exclusive collaboration allows Grant Thornton to increase its geographical reach in Andalusia beyond Malaga, having a presence in Seville for the first time; and, in turn, the agreement allows Sanguino to add to its legal practice in Andalusia additional services that Sevillian and Andalusian companies are increasingly demanding in a changing and highly digitalised environment.

The newly created project therefore stands out as a law firm offering professional services in auditing, business consulting, innovation and technology, financial advice and outsourcing. In addition to the most popular services such as Corporate and Commercial Law, Labour Law, Civil Law, Bankruptcy, Tax and Family Law, the new law firm’s legal services comprise Administrative Law, Town Planning and Environmental Law.

Ramón Galcerán, chairman of Grant Thornton, comments: “We wanted to open up a market in the Andalusian capital and, fortunately, we are going to do so with an ideal partner such as Sanguino, who knows the territory well and with whom we share a common vision and values. The new law firm is starting with solid foundations based on Grant Thornton’s traditional and recognised commitment to providing a comprehensive and quality service to all Andalusian companies”.

For his part, Ernesto Sanguino, president of Sanguino, values the “suitability and relevance of giving shape at this time to a collaboration that had already been developing months ago through commissions and projects that have been satisfactory for both parties. It is a pleasure to multiply our professional capacities, to add new legal specialities and other complementary service lines, making Sanguino a project with true national and international capacity, stronger and more differentiated”.
