Gómez-Acebo &Pombo signs Amelia Buergo
Gómez-Acebo &Pombo has signed Amelia Buergo as of counsel for the banking and capital markets area
Up until her appointment Buergo (pictured) was Deputy Secretary of the Board of Santander Investment and Legal Director of the Credit and Corporate Finance areas of Banco Santander. She began her professional career at Uría Menéndez, where she specialized in project and acquisition financing, as well as in mergers, real estate, regulatory and restructuring operations.
