GA_P advises lenders on €245M Grupo Azvi financing
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised a syndicate of financial institutions comprising CaixaBank, Banco Santander, BBVA, Banco Sabadell, Bankinter, Unicaja Banco and Deutsche Bank in relation to a €245 million financing granted to infrastructure and concessions group Grupo Azvi.
The financing has been structured through a syndicated facilities agreement, together with a framework agreement regulating the issuance and maintenance of bank guarantees, credit policies and confirming lines.
The structure is intended to support both the group’s financing needs and its operational flexibility, while standardising its banking arrangements under a consolidated contractual framework.
