GOLD advises Altano on due diligence process for acquisition of wind and photovoltaic plants
GOLD Abogados has acted as legal adviser to Altano Energy, in relation to the legal due diligence process carried out for the acquisition of a 98 MW wind and photovoltaic plants portfolio in Granada.
GOLD Abogados has closely worked with the Spanish team of Altano, Miguel Sánchez Praena, Iñigo Sánchez-Junco Ayala and Gonzalo Abraira, which has a strong transactional track record combined with a wide and profound know-how of the Spanish renewable energy market.
