Garrigues, Clifford Chance and Ramón y Cajal advise on €425m Colonial-Prologis deal

Garrigues and Ramón y Cajal advised Colonial on the sale of 18 logistics centres located in Madrid, Barcelona and Guadalajara to real estate company Prologis.

Clifford Chance acted for Prologis on the deal.

The deal was valued at €425 million and involves the immediate sale of 11 facilities with an option for Prologis to acquire a further seven.

The total floorspace of the 18 centres is 473,000 square metres.
