Garrigues and Laffer Abogados advise on H.I.G Capital acquisition

Garrigues advised H.I.G. European Capital Partners, the European arm of global private equity firm H.I.G. Capital, on the acquisition of Centros Único.

Founded in Spain, Centros Único offers laser technology for hair removal as well as providing non-invasive beauty treatments.

Centros Unico was advised by Laffer Abogados, according to Mergermarket.

Centros Unico has more than 300,000 customers and has a presence in Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany Switzerland and Mexico. It has 156 centres in total, with most of them located in the Iberian Peninsula.

Miami-based H.I.G Capital has €17 billion of equity capital under management.
