Garrigues and KPMG advise on the sale of Laminoria to Sibelco
Garrigues and KPMG Abogados have advised on the sale and transfer of the Laminoria, the main quarry in northern Spain, to Sibelco.
Founded in 1872, Sibelco is a belgian global materials solutions company that specialises in the extraction, processing and sale of industrial minerals worldwide, focusing mainly on silica, clays, feldspars and olivine.
The team from Garrigues advising Sibelco was formed by the partner, Laura Muñoz (pictured left) and the senior associates, Alexia Alarcón and Tania Targas.
