Garrigues and Eversheds Sutherland advises on the sale of the Spanish company SCR
Garrigues and Eversheds Sutherland Spain have advised on the sale by NTT DATA Europe & Latam and other minority shareholders of the Spanish company SCR to Sener.
The subsidiary of NTT Data Spain, together with other minority shareholders, has sold 100% of SCR (Sistemas de Control Remoto) in the sale and purchase agreement signed with Sener Aerospace. SCR is a leading Spanish company in the design, production and operation of unmanned aerial, ground and naval systems.
Completion of this M&A transaction is subject to customary consents and regulatory approvals.
Sener has been counselled by Garrigues´ team (Bilbao based) formed by corporate/M&A partner Ricardo Villanueva, principal associate Jon Lasa Arbelaiz and senior associate Vicente del Arenal Barroeta. Sener´s in-house team has been led by Gabriel Vera Artázcoz (Secretary General and M&A legal director).
NTT DATA Europe & Latam has been advised by Eversheds Sutherland Spain team led by corporate/M&A partner Sixto de la Calle Peral, legal director María Ramalle Quiñones and associate Ana González Orcajo.
