Garrigues acts for Corpfin on Grupo Dimoldura deal

Garrigues advised private equity management company Corpfin Capital on the acquisition of timber company Grupo Dimoldura.

Grupo Dimoldura instructed Allen & Overy on the deal, according to Mergermarket.

Grupo Dimoldura specialises in the design, development and manufacture of doors and mouldings. The business has an annual turnover of more than €50 million.

Corpfin Capital is currently at the investment stage of its fourth fund, Corpfin Capital Fund IV, which is valued at €255 million.
