Garrido with CHR in the acquisition of Grupo Urbas
Garrido has advised CHR, one of the largest developers in Castilla y León, in its acquisition by Grupo Urbas, with a team led by the managing partner, Enrique Benavente (pictured).
In figures, the operation has meant for Urbas an increase in the workforce of over 100 employees.
The operation is part of CHR expansion strategy and has led to a significant increase in the value of its shares on the stock exchange.
CHR will continue to operate in the market under its own name and commercial image.
