García y Vieira advises Ktesios on €6.98M portfolio acquisition
García y Vieira has advised Ktesios Real Estate SOCIMI on the acquisition of a portfolio of 70 residential assets in Ciempozuelos, Madrid, for €6.98m.
The assets are intended for rental use and are part of the company’s residential portfolio.
The firm provided legal advice throughout the transaction, including due diligence, negotiation and the execution of the contractual documentation.
Acquisition and takeover bid
The mandate also included advice on the completion of the takeover bid (OPA) for Mistral Patrimonio Inmobiliario SOCIMI.
The transaction has been completed following the payment of the consideration to shareholders and the release of the guarantees.
