GA_P with Ratedpower’s shareholders on it sale to Enverus

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Ratedpower’s shareholders on the sale of its entire business to Enverus, an energy technology company based in Texas. With this sale, the US company expands its portfolio of products for the photovoltaic industry.

Ratedpower is known for the development of software for designing photovoltaic plants. It is among the most successful startups in the energy sector and has clients such as Iberdrola, Naturgy and Endesa.
