GA_P on the sale of EUTELSAT’s Konnect customer portfolio
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised EUTELSAT, a french telecommunications services company, in Portugal and Spain, in the sale of a portfolio of over 1,000 customers of the Konnect satellite service to EURONA, a company specialised in connectivity services and access solutions in rural and remote areas.
With this operation, EURONA expands its services in Spain and enters the Portuguese market, with the objective of increasing business in the consumer segment and providing internet services via satellite, to locations without connections to other countries.
