GA_P on the acquisition of the private banking area of BNP Paribas
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Banca March on the acquisition of the domestic private banking area of BNP Paribas, as well as 100% of the shares of the fund manager BNP Paribas Gestión de Inversiones.
Banca March is a family-owned spanish bank, founded in 1926 and headquartered in Palma de Mallorca. It currently has 1,300 employees, a volume of around €20,000m and a broad geographical presence with specialised centres for commercial and private banking, wealth management, corporate banking and international offices.
