GA_P on the acquisition of Animum Creativity Advanced School
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the AD Education Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in Animum Creativity Advanced School in Malaga, the fourth best 3D animation school in the world.
With presence in 10 European countries, AD Education is the international network that brings together 20 establishments united by strong values linked to the transmission of knowledge, know-how and life skills.
Animum was created 15 years ago in Malaga, has 65,000 students and joins the twenty schools that the French group has throughout Europe in cities such as Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, Toulouse, Nice, Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Florence, Rome, Turin, Bologna, Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia.
