GA_P on Feníe Energía’s new green promissory note programme

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Feníe Energía on the approval of a new green notes programme that will allow the company to diversify and expand its sources of financing by accessing the fixed income markets and placing notes with maturities of up to two years.

Feníe Energía is a spanish company belonging to the Federación Nacional de Empresarios de Instalaciones Eléctricas y Telecomunicaciones de España (FENIE) which is dedicated to the commercialisation of electricity and natural gas in Spain.

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advising team was formed by the corporate partner, Guillermo Guerra (pictured), and the banking and capital markets associate, Irene Medina de Alba.
