GA_P incorporates new partner

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has incorporated Alexander Kolb as new partner for the commercial department.

Alexander Kolb has more than 20 years of experience and has developed his professional practice in the international firms Clifford Chance and Linklaters, where he was a partner for more than ten years. Alexander specializes in advising on complex and strategic M&A transactions, both in the field of listed companies (including IPOs, public-to-private transactions and mergers) and unlisted companies and private equity transactions. He also has extensive experience in advising on corporate governance matters.

With this incorporation, which will become effective in September, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo reinforces its position as a leading M&A firm after participating in some of the most relevant transactions in the market in recent years.
