GA_P in the acquisition of Rated Power
Drilling Info, the United States based software-Computer, Traditional & Other. Provider of online data and tools to the oil and gas industry has acquired Rated Power SL, the Spain based software-Computer, Traditional & Other. SaaS company developing cloud-based solutions to help companies discover smarter ways to maximize the potential of solar photovoltaic plants and reduce the cost of energy. The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
