GA_P in the acquisition of Asidek

Arkance Systems France, the France based software services provider for the construction and industry companies has acquired Asidek.

Asidek is the Spanish IT services provider and software integrator from CT Ingenieros AAI, the Spain based engineering group that supplies product, manufacturing and support engineering in aviation, automotive, rail, marine, industrial plant, and renewable energy sectors.

 The terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Gomez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the seller CT Ingenieros with David Rioperez (pictured), Patricia Perez, Susana Morgado, Mafalda Barreto and Sofia Barbosa.
