GA_P hires Madalena Caldeira as labor and employment coordinator of the Lisbon office

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has hired Madalena Caldeira as labour and employment coordinator of the Lisbon office. She joins from Abreu Abogados where she was a labour partner.

She is specialized in providing labor and employment advice to national and international companies, with special emphasis on M&A transactions, labor inspections, collective bargaining, substantial modifications, labor audits or subrogations of staff. She is qualified in occupational accidents and in the proper management of occupational risk prevention, as well as in relation to the obligations of companies regarding social security contributions.

Madalena Caldeira holds a degree in Law from the Portuguese Catholic University Law School. She has a postgraduate degree in Taxation from Instituto Superior de Gestão and a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from UCP. He also completed the Advanced Taxation Program at UCP. He completed the Intensive Course on Social Security at the Law School of the University of Lisbon.
