GA_P advises Unnax on the sale of the company to PSG Equity 

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised fintech Unnax on the sale of the company to PSG Equity. 

Unnax is an e-money firm that helps businesses build financial services through its modular API-based banking as a service platform. 

The team from GA_P advising on this deal was formed by the partner, Álvaro Mateo Sixto (pictured), together with the lawyers, Carolina Posse Van der Laat, Patricia Pérez Beade, Carlota Mazzuchelli Morales and Diego Rizo Trabucchelli.
