GA_P advises Tubos Reunidos on the sale to Gescrap of its industrial complex in Sestao
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Tubos Reunidos, an industrial group producing steel pipes, on the sale of its industrial complex in Sestao to Gescrap.
The transaction included the sale of its industrial assets, comprising a number of complementary facilities, with a total built-up area of 33,147 m², located on a set of plots of land covering 83,107 m² of gross floor area.
BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as real estate advisor.
