CMS and GA_P advise on the sale of the largest solar plant in the Balearic Islands to Mirova
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo have advised on an agreement for the sale of the largest solar plant in the Balearic Islands from Qualitas Energy and Q-Impact to Mirova.
The alliance allows Mirova to continue financing key technologies for the clean energy transition in OECD countries. These projects will initiate the energy transition in Menorca, significantly reducing emissions and pollution from the thermal power plant.
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Mirova and was led by Elena Aguilar and Juan Moreno with the participation of Ricardo Hector Lorca, Victoria Vilar Benedito, Jorge Etreros Arnanz, Paula Espinosa Montalbán, Ana Doval Escrivá de Romaní, Luis Durbán Revilla, Cristina Albaladejo Martínez-Carrasco, Jose Claver Saviron, Rodrigo Urosa Fernández, Hanan Laghrich González and Candela Villa Cigales.
