GA_P advises Quadrille Capital in Exoticca’s €60m Series D Round
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Quadrille Capital in the €60 million Series D funding round of Exoticca. This round saw participation from new investors such as All Iron Ventures and ICF – Institut Català de Finances, as well as existing investors including 14W, Mangrove Capital Partners, Bonsai Partners, Banco Sabadell, and Aldea Ventures.
Multi-day tour packages platform Exoticca claims to have more than doubled its sales year-over-year since 2015. It uses its technology platform to bring content from local destination specialists online, package it up with flights and accommodation into multi-day tours and enable travel agents and consumers to book it.
