GA_P advises on the acquisition of Portsur Castellon
Gómez Acebo & Pombo has advised Kartesia Advisor LLP on the selling of 66% of Portsur Castellon to Gimeno Servicios Portuarios.
Kartesia Advisor LLP is an UK-based private equity firm that invest in companies for both minority and majority positions, headquartered in the European Union or Central Europe.
On the other hand, Gimeno Servicios Portuarios, with more than a century of experience, specialises in the provision of services linked to international freight transport.
By this deal, Gimeno acquires 66% of Portsur Castellon, Spain-based owner and operator of bulk cargo terminal, from Kartesia Advisor LLP.
