GA_P advises on a financing agreement of Alpha Blue Ocean and EiDF
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Energía, Innovación y Desarrollo Fotovoltaico, S.A. (EiDF), a leading company in Spain in the installation of solar panels for self-consumption photovoltaic energy in companies, in a financing agreement, through the issuance of convertible bonds, for a maximum amount of €20m, signed with Global Corporate Finance Opportunities 24 Ltd., an investment vehicle managed by Alpha Blue Ocean.
The transaction will allow the company to raise funds for the development of the different business units of the company, both for the self-consumption facilities and for the development of the generation pipeline.
