GA_P advises ITF in litigation against Kosmos

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised ITF (International Tennis Federation), holder of the rights to the Davis Cup, in connection with a litigation against Kosmos, Gerard Piqué’s investment vehicle dedicated to the investment and promotion of the tennis world. Recently, both parties have reached an amicable agreement to end the litigation.

The firm’s team in charge of the matter has been formed by Rodrigo López, Julio Jiménez and Zuriñe Sanz, partner and associates of the Litigation and Arbitration team and Álvaro Sáinz, counsel of the Banking and Finance team.
