GA_P advises Impax on 42MW Solar Plant Sale to Sonnedix

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Impax Asset Management Group on the sale of a 42 MW operational photovoltaic plant (PV Portachuelo) located in Carpio del Tajo, Toledo, to Sonnedix, the International Renewable Energy Producer (REP).
