GA_P advises Hawk Infinity on the acquisition of FBA Indaga Soft
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised Hawk Infinity, a Norwegian investment firm specialized in technology and business growth, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of FBA Indaga Soft, a leading Spanish company providing solutions for the healthcare sector and quality management.
The GA_P team was led by partner Mónica Weimann Gómez, Cristina Sánchez Weickgenannt, Marta Andía Jiménez, and Guillermo Menéndez Herrero, partner and associates from the Corporate and M&A practice, with the support of María García de la Concha Álvarez and Pilar Pérez Muriedas, partner and associate from the Vigo office, respectively.
