GA_P advises Giochi Preziosi on the acquisition of Muñecas Arias
Gómez Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised the italian toy manufacturer Giochi Preziosi on the acquisition of the spanish brand, Muñecas Arias.
Giochi Preziosi is an Italian multinational company with more than 40 years of history and is currently one of the European leaders in the traditional toy industry.
Through this agreement, the group seeks to strengthen its position in the dolls category at european level.
