GA_P advises Duna House on the gradual acquisition of Donpiso
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Duna House, a Hungarian real estate group, on the gradual acquisition of Donpiso, a real estate network in Spain, and on the creation of a joint venture to roll out in Spain the financial intermediation services of its Credipass brand in cooperation with Donpiso’s clients. The transaction has been formalised through the signing of a binding investment agreement and marks Duna House’s entry into the Spanish real estate market, in line with its pan-European growth strategy.
The GA_P team was led by Daniel Marín together with José Manuel Sánchez, partner and associate in the corporate team, and included the collaboration, among others, of Ignacio Miró and Santiago Ibáñez, associates in the corporate team; Luis Cuesta and Carla Bataller, partner and associate in the tax team; and Pablo Santos and Natalia Mestres, partner and associate in the employment team, all based in the Barcelona office.
