GA_P advises Consilium Safety on the acquisition of the remaining stake in Consilium Spain

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised Consilium Safety Group AB on the acquisition of the remaining stake in the Spanish company Consilium Spain up to the acquisition of 100%.

Consilium Safety Group AB is a world leading producer of safety technologies for the maritime, oil and gas, transportation and construction sectors.

The team advising on the transaction was formed by: Fernando de las Cuevas (partner), Sergio Gómez (associate) and Eugenia Álvarez-Pedrosa (Commercial paralegal), and Lourdes Escassi (Employment associate) and Carmen Abad (Employment associate).
