GA_P advises Banco de Sabadell and Sinia Renovables in a financing for the construction of the largest self-consumption project in Spain
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Banco de Sabadell and Sinia Renovables in the financing and participation of Sinia Renovables in Conecta2 Generación Renovable II, the company specialized in integral services of photovoltaic self-consumption and commercialization of energy in the market, constituting the financing for the construction and operation of the largest self-consumption project in Spain structured through a project finance for renewable energies.
