GA_P advises Atrys on its capital increase

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised Atrys in its capital increase, by means of cash contributions and exclusion of pre-emptive subscription rights, carried out after a private placement negotiation process, which has been addressed to a limited number of qualified investors.

The funds obtained from the capital increase enable the company to undertake the acquisition of the Initia Group and ChileRad.

The team from GA_P advising Atrys was formed by the partner, Guillermo Guerra Martín (pictured), the senior associate, Jacobo Palanca Reh and the associate, Emiliano Moreno Rodríguez.
