GA_P advises Andbank on EV Motors’ €40m Capital Increase

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised Andbank, acting as coordinator and sole bookrunner, in a significant capital increase for EV Motors. This capital raise, which attracted around 450 new shareholders, took place in anticipation of EV Motors’ upcoming listing on the BME Growth market. The financing round raised €40 million, with demand exceeding expectations, leading to an oversubscription of nearly 25%.

The legal team from Gómez-Acebo & Pombo was led by partner Guillermo Guerra Martín, along with senior associates Andrea Esbrí Úcarí and Jacobo Palanca Reh, from the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law department. This successful operation marks a critical step in EV Motors’ expansion and highlights the growing interest in the Spanish electric vehicle market.
