Francisco Martins Caetano joins Paramount Legal as partner

Francisco Martins Caetano has joined Paramount Legal as a partner. He was a senior associate at Cuatrecasas until last November.

First started at SRS Advogados, his practice has been focused on Corporate, M&A and Private Equity, areas he further developed both in Lisbon and in London. He is a corporate lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience advising national and international companies.

His practice also covers corporate governance and corporate compliance. He has solid experience in startup investment processes, including the structuring of seed, venture capital and growth investments, advising on term sheets, NDAs, debt and equity investments, joint ventures and vesting agreements.

Caetano is also the national representative for Portugal at the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
