Ignacio Tébar, who joins from Bluecap Management, brings extensive expertise in financial consulting and business management. A graduate in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo, Tébar has led strategic projects for European financial institutions, specializing in banking integration, commercial and digital transformation, and business analytics.
At the same time, the firm has demonstrated its commitment to internal talent by promoting five experienced professionals:
Francisco Aparicio, a graduate in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, has 12 years of experience advising financial institutions. He is an expert in collective investment vehicles, private equity, and investment services, having led multiple authorization and incorporation projects for investment fund management companies.
Beatriz Benítez, a Law graduate from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) with a Master’s in Stock Markets and Financial Markets from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB), has over 15 years of experience advising financial entities.
Juan du Solier, with over 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, has expertise in the savings and investment business. A Business Administration graduate from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, he has led various operational and business initiatives within the financial sector.
Mariona Pericas, a Law and Business Administration graduate from Universidad Abat Oliba, has 10 years of experience advising financial entities. She specializes in fintech, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies, leading numerous authorization projects for payment institutions, electronic money entities, and aggregators.
Carol Rodríguez, head of the firm’s Corporate area, holds a Law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) and a Master’s in Financial Markets and Asset Management from IEB.
