Fils Legal advises in the sale of TTC Logística
Fils Legal has advised the shareholders of TTC Group on the sale of the temperature-controlled logistics operator in Galicia TTC Logística Frigorífica y Transporte Temperatura Controlada to STEF Iberia.
Through this transaction and by incorporating three new platforms in A Coruña, Vigo and León, STEF seeks to strengthen its leadership in solutions for the management of logistics and transport of frozen and refrigerated food products in the region.
The company will also incorporate a fleet of 40 vehicles and will have a team of 60 people that will facilitate the arrival of its products to any point of the Iberian Peninsula and to 35 countries through its temperature-controlled distribution network in Spain and Europe.
