Fils advises on 2.2 million financing of Service Club Delivery
Fils has provided advice to Grupo Corellia Gastronomic Projects, which operates under the Service Club Delibery brand.
Adviding on the deal was Blanca Soler, counsel of the M&A/venture capital department and María Rodrigo, associate of the M&A/venture capital department participated in the advice.
Service Club Delibery is a technological platform specialised in the training, orientation and selection of personnel for delivery companies globally. It also offers qualified personnel recruitment services.
With this new financing of 2.2 million provided by Banco Sabadell (through Sabadell Venture Capital), the company will be able to continue expanding its operations and improving its “software” platform for patented personnel recruitment.
