Fieldfisher Portugal advises Osborne+Co on residential project
Fieldfisher Portugal advised a joint venture led by multinational Osborne+Co on the audit and acquisition of a building on Rua Barata Salgueiro, close to Avenida da Liberdade, in Lisbon, for the development of a luxury residential project.
The team involved in this advisory was led by Nuno Madeira Rodrigues (pictured), coordinator of the real estate department and senior associate, together with associates Margarida Rocha Duarte and Mariana Mártires. The team was responsible for the due diligence process, negotiation and monitoring of the execution of the promissory purchase and sale agreement and the public deed.
