Fieldfisher appoints Doron Faibish as Director of AI

Fieldfisher has made a significant step in its international technology strategy by appointing Doron Faibish as Director of AI. Based at Fieldfisher X in Berlin, Faibish will lead a newly created AI team tasked with implementing the firm’s global AI strategy, designed by the AI Council under the leadership of Dr. Jan Wildhirth.

With this move, Fieldfisher X will become the firm’s international hub for AI-driven innovation. Launched in 2022, it was originally created to address Germany’s mass litigation market through technology and operations support. It has since evolved into a multidisciplinary platform, providing clients with tactical planning, legal analysis, data and process management, case handling and strategic communication. The addition of a dedicated AI team marks a new phase in this transformation.

Faibish brings more than 15 years of global experience at the intersection of law, technology, and business. His career includes roles as General Counsel for listed tech companies, Vice President of Business Development at a biotech start-up, founder of his own company in Berlin, and most recently, Global Director of Legal Operations at Klarna.
