Fernando Badenes joins Arpa Abogados as partner

Fernando Badenes has joined Arpa Abogados as a partner in the Madrid-based insolvency and litigation department. He moves from Addleshaw Goddard, where he was a senior associate.

With over 16 years of professional experience, Badenes specializes in insolvency law, as well as civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, including both domestic and international arbitration. He has advised companies in complex insolvency and restructuring proceedings, representing both debtor and creditor interests. He also has experience in litigation related to the approval and challenge of restructuring plans and in liability actions against directors in insolvency contexts. Badenes holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
