EY-Sagardoy Institute Presents 9th Human Capital Outlook

Today, the EY – Sagardoy Talent and Innovation Institute presented the ninth edition of the Human Capital Outlook from the headquarters of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Andalusia (CEA) in Seville.

The report, which analyzes the labor market, labor regulation, and talent management, highlights a slower growth in employment compared to the third quarter of 2023, as well as stability in the temporary employment rate throughout the year.

Each quarterly report is complemented by a legal-labor analysis focusing on regulations that have had a significant impact. For this occasion, they discussed the developments of the third quarter of 2023, among which stands out Royal Decree 145/2024, which sets the minimum wage for 2024.

The presentation and subsequent debate has count with the participation of Javier González de Lara, President of the CEA, Fátima Báñez, President of the EY-Sagardoy Talent and Innovation Institute, Rocío Blanco Eguren, Counselor of Employment, Enterprise and Autonomous Work of the Andalusian Government, Iñigo Sagardoy de Simón, President of Sagardoy Abogados, Rafael Doménech, Professor of Economic Analysis at the University of Valencia and Head of Economic Analysis at BBVA Research, María Jesús López Sánchez, Partner responsible for Sagardoy in Seville, and Francisco Gonzalez-Quevedo, Partner at EY Abogados.
