EY reincorporates Adolfo Zunzunegui to the firm’s management committee

EY has reinstated Adolfo Zunzunegui as partner in charge of corporate and institutional development and as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He will also become a partner of EY Abogados. He rejoins from Allen & Overy where he worked as a partner since 2017.

Adolfo Zunzunegui

Adolfo has more than 20 years of experience advising on Spanish tax matters in national and international transactions. He has advised on domestic and cross-border financing transactions in Spain, and has provided tax advice on mergers, acquisitions, group restructurings and acquisition tax structures. Adolfo has also advised numerous entities in asset finance and structured transactions. He has also specialized in international tax structuring and has experience in derivatives.

Experience

Between 2001 and 2009 he worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deriger, then in 2010 he joined EY as a financial services partner and in 2017 he joined Allen & Overy. Adolfo holds a law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
