EY advises Squirrel on the acquisition of Green Shark Group

Squirrel Media has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of Green Shark Group, a communications and entertainment ecosystem made up of several companies operating across Media, Content and Network, with a presence in Catalonia and Madrid and a particular focus on Andalusia. EY Abogados has advised Squirrel Media on this transaction.

For Squirrel, the transaction will enable the integration of a set of highly complementary strategic assets, significantly strengthening its Media, Content and Network divisions and consolidating its operational and commercial capabilities nationwide.

Green Shark Group currently generates revenues of over €15 million and is expected to contribute an estimated annual EBITDA of more than €1.5 million to the Squirrel Group, driven by the clear operational synergies between the two structures.
