EY Abogados advises on €92M guarantee line for Astilleros Gondán

EY Abogados has advised CaixaBank on a €92,000,000 guarantee line granted by CaixaBank to Astilleros Gondán for the construction of an oceanographic and hydrographic vessel for the German government.

This vessel is one of the first two oceanographic and hydrographic vessels ever commissioned by the German government to be built outside Germany.

The transaction was led by Guillermo Crespo Gómez, partner in the Banking & Finance department at EY Abogados, together with senior associate Javier Andueza López-Jacoiste (both pictured) and junior associate Paula Martínez Tolosa-Latour. Melanie Frick, senior associate at EY Germany, was also involved.
