EY Abogados advises Laris Descanso on the sale of its shares
EY Abogados has advised Laris Descanso, a firm specialised in rest systems under the Factory Colchón brand, on its agreement with the spanish private equity, Queka Real Partners, for the latter’s entry into the company.
By this deal, they seek to enhance the growth of the firm, both by increasing its presence at the spanish market, as well as through openings in international markets and the development of its online business.
The team from EY Abogados advising Laris Descanso was formed by (pictured from left to right) the partners, Francis Silván and Miguel Guillem together with the senior manager, Nacho Sevilla and the senior tax manager, Juan Manuel Ovando.
